Good news, we see the finish line on this project. The bridge is done, we just have some rock walls to finish and crushed rock to spread. With large volunteer turnouts both Friday and Saturday we’ll finish it just in time for the ribbon cutting celebration on September 28th. We are starting at 9:00AM bothContinue reading “Help us finish our Nature Trail & Bridge project before our ribbon cutting celebration”

Join our work party this Friday and Saturday, Aug 24/25
We need your help this weekend. It is going to be nip and tuck to meet our schedule. While the bridge is assembled we will need to have a good turnout on Friday and Saturday to stay on schedule for the September 28th ribbon cutting ceremony with the Mayor. They were carefully moved down the trail closer to the bridge site. On Saturday Art Tuftee setup a high line across the creek where theContinue reading “Friday and Saturday were great sessions”
Help us pour concrete bridge footings this Friday
Our bridge is still on schedule and we hope to keep it that way. Our plan is to mix, transport, and pour concrete Friday and Saturday. We will also be moving 36′ White Alaskan Cedar Glue Lams in to the bridge site. Unfortunately this week we do not have a session sponsor, so we hopeContinue reading “Help us pour concrete bridge footings this Friday”
