Major bridge progress on July 27/28

We got a lot done on the bridge on Friday the 27th and Saturday the 28th.

Here’s Art Tuftee applying the torchdown on top of the glulams.

Jerry Granahan drills a hole through the glulam.

With the glulams in place and attached to the concrete footings we were ready to begin attaching the railings on Saturday. By the end of the day we had attached almost all of the railings.

Next we will add the decking.

Thanks to everyone who turned out and we hope to see you at our next session on Friday August 10th and 9:00am.
