Thanks go out to the Mount Vernon Wellness Committee for their turnout to our October 8th session. They had 9 volunteers join us and we accomplished more than we thought we were going to that day. Thanks for making it such a successful work party.
Work party this Saturday Oct 8th
Join us this Saturday for another fun filled work session on Little Mountain. We’re continuing work on our Southern Loop project. The City’s Wellness Committee will be joining us. Meet at the top of the mountain at 10:00am. Please car pool if possible. We’ll have hot Starbucks Coffee and fresh Haggen pastries.
Special work session on Fred’s Trail Sunday October 23rd
We plan to finish rebuilding this steep section of hiking trail which is a favorite of hikers, runners and climbers. Meet at the top of Little Mountain. Bring gloves, lunch, and water bottles. Work sessions are resuming this Saturday
Friends, followers, and trail builders, we resume our work on the “Southern Loop” this Saturday. Our last session was awesome, please checkout our photos. We’ll be parking at the park access road’s switchback. You’ll see our signs. Sessions are the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
