Thank you to the groups who joined our session last Saturday
This past Saturday was a muddy, but very productive and fun work session. We were pleased to have three groups join us that day, SWITMO, the Arlington/Lakewood HS Mountain Bike Team, and Boy Scout Troop #1. We’d like to thank everyone who came out and lent a hand.

SWITMO is our first featured group of 2013
Mount Vernon Trail Builders is pleased to announce that the Skagit-Whatcom-Island Trail Maintaining Organization will be our first featured group of 2013 on Saturday January 26th. Come for the trailbuilding and hang around afterward for a tail gate party hosted by SWITMO. Hope to see everyone there!
2013 is off to a great start
Last Saturday we had a very productive trail building session with about 17 volunteers participating. We connected the East Trailhead to La-Z-Boy and the trail is now ready for hikers and bicyclists. The Nature Trail is done
The Nature Trail is done and we could not be more pleased. Friday and Saturday we got back to our excellent volunteer turnouts. We finished the capping of the trail with an hour of daylight left.
