Hill Creek Trail is a 2.5 mile loop that follows Hansen Creek and Hill Creek through forest and fields. The trail feels wild and remote, but it is located just a couple of miles from Sedro-Woolley’s downtown community and residential neighborhoods.

In 2023, Skagit County approved a proposal to build a pedestrian footbridge that would connect the north end of the Pump House Trail to Hill Creek Trail.
