This past Saturday was a muddy, but very productive and fun work session. We were pleased to have three groups join us that day, SWITMO, the Arlington/Lakewood HS Mountain Bike Team, and Boy Scout Troop #1. We’d like to thank everyone who came out and lent a hand.

Mount Vernon Trail Builders is pleased to announce that the Skagit-Whatcom-Island Trail Maintaining Organization will be our first featured group of 2013 on Saturday January 26th. Come for the trailbuilding and hang around afterward for a tail gate party hosted by SWITMO. Hope to see everyone there!

Last Saturday we had a very productive trail building session with about 17 volunteers participating. We connected the East Trailhead to La-Z-Boy and the trail is now ready for hikers and bicyclists.
