Saturday July 23rd we begin work on a new trail

This weekend we will begin work on a new multi-use trail system linking Sidewinder to Down South on the south side of Little Mountain. This will be composed of several new multi-use trails. This project was made possible because our hiking friends, on the south side, have agreed to work with us. We flagged the first section Monday and the Parks Department approved it Tuesday. A special thanks to Ginny Darvill and the Parks Department for an exceptional effort.

We will be meeting at the parking area at the top of the mountain at 10:00am. In addition to our normal Starbucks Coffee and Haggen Pastries, lunch will be provided by two amazing supporters we call the “Soup Ladies.” They make the best homemade soups and bread on the planet. We’re not sure what they have planned, but we know it will be amazing.
