What’s the “Pump-house Trail Loop” you ask? The Pump-house Trail boarders a creek, at its north end it joins a roadway. The two form what has become a very popular trail loop.   The roadway (pictured above) was prone to getting muddy. On the Pump-house Trail the trail group finished capping, as the restoration team readied the second meadow for April seeding. This week, on Tuesday after all of the rain, we walked the trail. It is in great shape, and with the warmer weather (compared to last session), we think it’s going to be fine. Let’s finish the trail! We still need volunteers for Saturday’s, February 27th session. To sign up please contact us!

The above area, when we started, was covered by blackberries. Now the trail is nearly done. January 23rd we had great weather and an awesome session. Lots of photos were taken.   On January 9th our volunteers worked in two locations; one team (above) worked on the Pump-house Trail, the second team worked on the Brickyard Creek Trail – see the photos.
