The new restoration group (above) is doing well. We are pleased. Looking at our volunteer hours, March compared to January and February, our hours have increased by over fifty (50) percent. What’s the “Pump-house Trail Loop” you ask? The Pump-house Trail boarders a creek, at its north end it joins a roadway. The two form what has become a very popular trail loop.   The roadway (pictured above) was prone to getting muddy. On the Pump-house Trail the trail group finished capping, as the restoration team readied the second meadow for April seeding. This week, on Tuesday after all of the rain, we walked the trail. It is in great shape, and with the warmer weather (compared to last session), we think it’s going to be fine. Let’s finish the trail! We still need volunteers for Saturday’s, February 27th session. To sign up please contact us!
