Trail Update: Swimming in an Atmospheric River…

An atmospheric river released it’s bounty on our work party volunteers on Saturday, January 27, resulting in muddy conditions and a lot of laughter.

Many thanks to these troopers who maintained their good humor through the steady rain and standing puddles. We achieved our goal of extending the trail out of the forest into the big meadow.

Next work party, we’ll continue cutting trail through the blackberries to connect the Hill Creek Trail Loop.

We can’t guarantee the weather, but we can guarantee that if you bring your pleasant demeanor and positive mindset, we’ll all have a great time!

Next work party is scheduled for Feb 10, 2024. All ages and abilities are welcome!
