Our volunteer crew spent an unusually sultry Saturday working on the Pump House Trail. Temperatures hit the low 80’s! whew! Fortunately, there are lots of cool shady places along the creek to take a break.
We completed the gravel capping at the hairpin turn and made a few repairs to other sections of trail. It’ll make summer rides, runs, and strolls more enjoyable.
There are only four more work parties until we take summer break: May 27, June 10, June 17, and June 24. We hope you’ll join us in developing this amazing community asset.
We welcome volunteers of all ages, abilities, and skills. No experience necessary – Bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

Work parties are scheduled 9am-4pm. Plan to arrive at the Pump House Trailhead at 8:50 am so you have time to sign in and grab coffee before we start our safety meeting.
Please bring you own lunch and water.
Dress for varied weather (wear layers and bring a raincoat) and wear close-toed shoes. Bring your favorite work gloves (we also have some you can borrow).
Volunteers under age 18 need to bring a signed minor waiver form.
