Our leadership team and a select group of volunteers meet the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 4:30 pm, immediately following the work party, to review the day’s work and plan for the next session. This is an opportunity for volunteers to revisit their successes, share observations about the day, alert us to issues, needs, or areas for improvement. We use this feedback to plan for the next session, including equipment needs, and a materials list.
