In 2017, discussions with Skagit County Parks and Recreation began. Together we adopted a shared goal, the building of Skagit County’s next regional trails system – with trails linking County, Port and City properties.
Our long-term goal is to link the Northern State Regional Trails to “higher elevations,” increasing the park’s regional significance.
